If you’re here…

You are probably looking for Physio. Coaching. Rehab. Progress.

A sustainable approach to health that respects your body, your goals and your life.

If that sounds like you, then you are in the right place.

About Me

For more than two decades, I’ve worked in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, helping people of various ages and capacities rehabilitate pain and injury. I have owned and managed various businesses in the health and fitness industry, including a reformer pilates studio, a CrossFit gym and a multimodal Physiotherapy Clinic.

Today, I work as the owner of Body Hacks by April King, helping women navigate their health and well-being through puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, midlife and beyond. I am passionate about helping others stay strong, capable, and confident in their bodies for a lifetime.

I believe in health advice that relies on evidence, is backed by science and intertwined with lived experience.

I believe that health should support your life, not consume it.

This philosophy underpins my educational series Healthy Habits and Strong Now, Strong Later.

Body Hacks is about understanding your body. This work exists to bridge the gap between:

Research and life

Rehabilitation and performance

Education and empowerment.

So women can move forward with confidence -

now, and later.
