Experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Helping people move better, recover fully, and return to life and training with confidence.

Who I Work With

I work with women and men of all ages - from those managing persistent pain or post-operative recovery, to active individuals and athletes wanting to return to training safely and confidently.

Athletes & Active People…

I have extensive experience working with active individuals and athletes, including CrossFit and dance athletes.

I train CrossFit myself and hold a CrossFit Level 3 Coach certification, allowing me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-world training demands. I also dance, giving me first-hand insight into the unique physical requirements of dance athletes.

My Approach

My approach integrates musculoskeletal physiotherapy with strength-based rehabilitation, movement education, and an understanding of how life stage, training load, stress, and recovery influence pain and performance.

Sessions are collaborative and educational, supporting clients to build confidence in movement, rather than relying on passive treatment alone.
