New Healthy Habits Program Starts

Healthy Habits is an 8-week, physiotherapist-led program designed to help women build sustainable health habits without extremes, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.

The course focuses on small, realistic changes that fit into real lives. Rather than quick fixes or rigid plans, Healthy Habits supports people to develop consistency, confidence, and momentum through habit stacking and evidence-based education.

Each week centres on one core habit area (such as protein, gut health, recovery), with simple actions that build progressively over time. The emphasis is on doing what is achievable, not perfect.

The program is especially suited to anyone who feels frustrated by repeated diets, resets, or New Year’s resolutions, and who wants a calmer, more sustainable approach to their health.

Healthy Habits acknowledges that change does take effort, but it doesn’t need to happen all at once. The goal is lasting change, built through consistency, education, and self-trust.

  • “The knowledge and support shown by April, and the encouragement from fellow participants during Healthy Habits was amazing. It was great to know that everyone had ‘not perfect’ days, and this shared experience helped me to brush it off, stay motivated and on track.”
