Strong Now. Strong Later. is a strength-focused program for women designed to build physical capacity, confidence, and resilience...now, and into the future.
The program centres on progressive strength training as a foundation for long-term health, mobility, bone density, joint integrity, and independence. It moves away from aesthetics, punishment, or “burning calories,” and instead reframes strength as a form of self-care and future-proofing.
Strong Now. Strong Later. is grounded in physiotherapy principles and evidence-based strength training, with careful attention to technique, load management, and individual differences. The program supports women to train safely and effectively through different life stages, including midlife, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
The program acknowledges that strong bodies are built through intentional, repeatable work, not extremes. Participants are encouraged to train in a way that supports longevity, reduces injury risk, and enhances quality of life.
